Not gonna pretend to know what that is but it looks like one of my peppers that started growing root nubs cause it was rubbing against a wet grow bag 👀.

Looks like some kind of egg for sure. Idk what it is but it doesn’t look like any friend eggs that I know of.

Id isolate that plant from others and eliminate the problem

Maybe try asking in a bug or entomology sub? I think someone might be able to ID but like someone else suggested definitely isolate it
