Why do they bother offering free delivery if they just cancel the order

   It wasn’t necessarily them who cancelled it. Could have been an issue with the DoorDash driver, since they farm out the delivery through them.

   $0 delivery doesn’t mean $0 tip. Did you leave room for tip? Many DD drivers won’t take the order if the tip amount is too low.

   The door dash drivers are the ones doing this. I ordered this weekend and had a driver fake text me for 2 hours claiming they were in the restaurant waiting on my order. It was really bizarre.
