Okay, so what do I have to do differently? I went there about 2 weeks ago, paid a bunch extra for shredded beef, didnt get any of the items I ordered and none of them even had the shredded beef. Just a completely wrong order, I ordered through the app. I did the “contact us” through the app explaining the situation and that I got none of the food I ordered. I have yet to hear back. The first week I did a new contact us entry for the order about once every 2-3 days because I never heard back. Is there a better method to reach out to them so I can get a refund?
