Its been almost 2 months since I’ve been growing this “carolina reaper plant” i have been growing it in a grow box and its already starting to flower it will be exactly 2 months on the 9th of october since the seed was planted in a hydroponic system then transplanted 3 weeks into soil i planted 3 other seeds the exact same time and they are slightly smaller with no flowering buds, my question is this really a carolina reaper plant is it normal to start its flower bud not even just about 2 months in?

You won’t be able to tell for sure until it fruits.
Not that weird to flower. It’s the fruits that take forever.
The plant definitely looks reaper-like. Sometimes chilies produce flowers early on just nip them off and top the plant (if you haven’t already) to increase its veg. They can be very finicky go easy on the nitrogen as it can stunt fruiting especially after transplanting hydro to soil let those roots get a good hold into the soil and feed it lightly. All in all it looks healthy some of those larger leafs may fall off once those tiny branches grow out and flower
Like other have said we can’t tell for sure until it fruits, but what’s there so far is distinctly chinense like which is a good sign. It’s probably not a jalapeno or whatever.
Looks very much like my reaper plants when they were pre-flowering.
My habaneros looked Exactly the same. But I am definitely not an expert.
Looks like the reaper plant that I have based on the stem and fan leafs. But the fruit is the obvious give away. Just be patient
