enchiladas are rolled with either a meat or cheese inside then something like lettuce, tomato, crema or queso chihuaha sprinkled on top. I would still eat the hell of that though

This is dumb. Why would u eat them in the pan that u cooked it in. And who the fuck puts avocado in their enchiladas? Why isnt the tortilla folded and why does it have cilantro? To much fuckery going on here.

Sauce looks decent idk about the cilantro tho, needs some sour cream. And more sauce enchiladas can get dry quick
If you don’t tell me that they are in enchiladas I would swear that it is a “pambazo”, just add more sauce and it will be perfect.

Did you fold in the cheese?
Don’t know about the cilantro but I’d add more cheese and eat the fuck out of it.
I usually do that when the tortilla are not strong enough to be rolled.
