Hmong Pepper Dip: Our classic one

Here is 1 out of many many pepper dip that exist in our household. I wanted to share with you all the classic pepper dip we eat a lot in our house. It’s super easy to make. Super spicy but satisfying with any meat. So mouth watering. YUM!
