You can buy turkey breast meat that i find dry or the minced thigh which i prefer.. looks good!

Looks delish would make salsa in advance as it lets the juices come out of toms. Look for a real mexican gucamole think you mayike it keith its a bit spicy and has li.e and corriander. Made some for a guac harer at work now eats it all the time but make your own always as you can adjust seasoning to your taste and its very good for us. Brill job mate.x
