
I have so many of these hot unidentified peppers(the yellow ones)! I’ve dehydrated a bunch, froze some chopped, made fermented hot sauce, made salsa, and eaten fresh. I’m running out of ideas for preservation. Can I make poppers and freeze them? Any and all ideas welcome!

If anyone could identify them that would be cool too. I planted jalapeños and got these. I think I’m a victim of pepper gate 2023.
The yellow ones kinda look like my Hungarian wax peppers. Frozen poppers might work.
Looks like young sugar rush or yellow jalapeños
Slice them up and dehydrate them. Grind that up to sprinkle on things.
