Ingredients :

500 gms Beef (washed & cut into medium size)
25 to 30 (150 gms) Shallots (chopped)
1 medium (120 gms) Onion (chopped)
Ā½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp + Ā½ tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
5 gms + 5 gms Ginger (chopped fine)
10 gms + 10 gms Garlic (chopped fine)
1 no. Green Chilli (chopped fine)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp + 5 tbsp Coconut Oil
Ā½ tsp Salt (as per taste)
Ā½ tsp Mustard Seeds
2 sprigs + 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Ā½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
