I have this pepper plant that I started and overwintered last year, and now I have a dozen of peppers ripening to a dark red color now. Since it has been 2 years from when I planted it and the name tag got lost during a move, I cannot remember what kind of pepper I have…. I had both carolina reapers and ghost peppers at one point but this is the only one survived through the winter.
I’d appreciate if someone can help ID this plant and share some advice on how to use the peppers. I was planning to make some pepper salt or dried peppers for cooking. Thanks!
