This Scotch Bonnet had a very delayed flowering because of a Velvetleaf plant growing in the same bucket. The temps here in central Indiana will be hitting the low 40s here and I really want to overwinter this plant & do it right. My thinking was to just harvest all this fruit while unripe & find a use for them. Is that a thing, do people like green Scotch Bonnets? Or should I just report the plant in clean soil and leave the fruit alone & move it inside?

Cut it down to the size you plan to overwinter, and hang the trimmed portion of the plant and peppers indoors hoping they ripen.
