
I was told these were anaheims but now I’m not so sure. Are they shishitos? Trying to figure out what to do what the surplus. Usually we like to blister green shishito. What should I do with these? Thanks pepper lovers.

I think you’re right, they look like Shishitos to me.
Shishitos. You can still blister them when they’re ripe.

Shishito or I’ve seen them called Dragon Roll as well. Mild but tasty.
Agreed with other posters/ a big upgrade from Anaheims imo!
