My fatalii never had those little stingers. They looked more like a ghost in terms of size and shape. Pretty triangular and didn’t taper down. Yours have some curve and a stinger, so that leads me to think it’s got some scorpion or 7 pot in it. What’s the spice level, what colors are the plant foliage, is it taste floral, smoky, or citrus? I can’t offer a good guess. I wouldn’t say no to the fatalii without more info. Fatalii have a nice unique taste imo
