HOMEMADE CHILI-GARLIC SAUCE

This is an all-purpose, homemade chili-garlic sauce recipe, freshly made, without preservatives. Super easy to make, and can be used in many recipes.

Chili-Garlic Sauce is something I use regularly, The recipe is simple enough. It uses only 5 main ingredients, aside from salt and pepper – Tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, soya sauce and vinegar. Let’s make some!

HOW TO MAKE CHILI-GARLIC SAUCE
First take pot add some water(1/2-1 cup) add 1 big tomato (cut it into small pieces) add 5-6 dry red chillies and a pinch of salt into a pot and simmer them for about 10 -12 minutes to meld the flavors.
Cool it down for a while

Next, process to form your sauce.

Add the pot mixture to a food processor along with 6-7 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 green chilly and a bit of salt and pepper and blend it properly.

Finally, cool and adjust with a bit more salt and pepper to your personal tastes. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for 5-6 hours and then it’s ready to use.
