Apparently none of these folks have been to Jimmy Johns or Panda Express. It takes longer to swipe your card than get your food.

I always have to pull up and out of line and then wait 15 minutes for them to bring out the food.

This hasn’t been my experience, McDonald’s seems way faster

The Taco Bell I go to is super fast.

Manually collecting data on less than one percent of drive-thru fast food restaurants nationally even though every one of those restaurants has clock data on their drive-thru and use it as a pissing contest metric – CX for middle management, Money savings for C suite

“But they always make me pull over and wait” – that’s what we need to be researching and calling out. Restaurants hold drive-thru times over the underlings heads as a “punishment if not met” goal but then don’t give them the tools to achieve it!

Taco Bell takes forever for me. Especially if I decide to customize an item, tack on another 5 minutes lmao

I’d say TB in my area is pretty average. McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A tend to be the fastest and most consistent. The slowest is usually Popeyes and taco bueno for me

Not around me. Im in TB hell. I have 2 within 3 miles. One is the slowest TB on this earth and half the time misses 1/3 or more of the order and the other has “burners” that dont work half the time.

My local Taco Bell is pretty fast. It’d a KFC / Taco Bell

I’ve never had to wait long. KFC orders seem to take long af. Only thing I don’t like is getting stuck behind someone getting KFC lol

Also why is Taco Bell making their own chicken tender? KFC already has…. chicken tender. Why not just use that & nacho cheese sauce?

Whenever I go through the drive-thru they always send me to the front of the store and I have to wait around 10 – 15 minutes.

Mine is pretty quick. If there aren’t a few cars lined up already I’ll have to pull into a parking spot to submit my mobile order.
