Instant Pot Chili
Makes 6-8 servings
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 15 ounce can of kidney or black beans, drained
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons Chili powder
2 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 of 15 ounce can of corn, optional
1 jalapeno or serrano chili pepper, diced
