Garlic chili oil/ Easy homemade recipe

Here is my husband’s garlic chili pepper oil recipe.

1 pint Pure Olive oil
1/4 cup Annatto seeds
1 cup minced garlic
1 cup ground fresh peppers
1 cup ground dry chili
2 Tablespoons chicken bouillon
