Happy Monday *ROLLERS*!! Yesterday we watched General Conference & I thought what a prefect opportunity to make a SLOW COOKER RECIPE of HOMEMADE CHILI. It was delicious!

How about sweet delicious CORNBREAD made with a CAKE MIX..whaaaaa?!?!?
I indeed show you how its done using a box of JIFFY CORNBREAD..except PROBLEM! I DIDN’T HAVE A BOX OF JIFFY! No fretting, I show how to make that too.
Don’t Have Jiffy Box Recipe:
2/3c Flour, 1/2c. yellow cornmeal, 1/3c sugar, 1T. baking powder, 1/2t. salt, 2T veg oil
**to make muffins add 1 egg & 1/3c milk **
