Was having my morning coffee on Saturday when I got a text about my order being accepted. Apparently someone used my app and saved payment info to order an early lunch 500 miles away. I called the store and the person told me βwhateverβ and hung up. Changed password and deleted payment info – Apple Pay only from now on.
Hope their chalupa was dry and they forgot their sauce packets.

Why would you call the store? Just call your bank
why not order a 47 dollar chicken quesadilla?
My bad bro I was hungry
whatever
My wifeβs account was recently accessed from Virginia, a couple states away from us. I wonder if there was some sort of weakness in security.
I live across the street from that Taco Bell. Itβs in a plaza with a strip club and thereβs always hookers hanging on the corner. I live in a shit neighborhood.
Ew who orders that much mild sauce??
The app has been absolute crap since it came out and yet you idiots still use it even after multiple security flaws reported by multiple users. whatever
This person is suspect who orders 12 mild packets
I bet they did. That’s a good meal. Sorry bud
12 mild and 3 hot ? Hes a bitcchhhhh
TacoBells cyber security is absolute dog shit. I live in KY and someone in DC bought like 3 separate orders to their home before I got the notification and shutdown my cards. It seems many people I know have had this happen, and I see it a ton on here too.
Sounds like you were a victim of [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/tacobell/comments/17dkuii/anyone_using_the_taco_bell_app_delete_your_debit/) data breach
Good old Stabton.
had this happen through Dominos website years ago, never save CC information anywhere anymore
I had something similar happen a few years ago. Got a text message about an order and the store actually called me because the order was around $750 and they didnβt believe it was real. Thankfully they canceled and refunded the money back. Sorry this happened to you!
Really glad my account is at zero because I can’t seem to delete my payment info.
Prime example of why Taco Bell needs multi-factor authentication and/or a purchase PIN.
Chalupas are fire. Police donβt care unless itβs a misdemeanor or felony, chalupas are neither.
And Taco Bell isnβt building a file to hit you with either
Hey this just happened to my wife. They ordered around 50$ of food too. Our payment info saved flagged fraud and all rejected paying. It prompted me to delete my app and account and she did the same.
Seems Taco Bell has a problem and hasnβt fessed up to the problem yet.
I had this same shit happen to me but I didnt catch it for 5 days. Dude ordered $30 worth of Taco Bell in MI (I live in MA) 5 days in a row. Luckily Discover took care of the fraudulent charges. I think Taco Bell has some serious security issues.
If this hasnβt happened to you yet, change your password. Youβre asking for it if you donβt
Me too!
