    Chashu Chicharron. Was the chicharron cooked with the chashu with dashi and soy? If so that sounds like it would be absolutely amazing.

    Nah make pork belly buns. Lil black bean sauce. Pickle some carrots. Maybe some daikon if you’re fancy. Throw some cilantro and peanuts and et viola you got yourself some Zesty pork sandos.
