Anyone else have issues checking out on app?


I’d say 1/4 of the time I order on the app I have this issue. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

    Only when I try to redeem rewards or coupons. I think it’s a way they try to discourage people from redeeming the free things honestly. It never happens any other time.

    Just empty the cart and redo it. Happens to me all the time.

    I get this every single time I try to redeem my free taco from the Taco pass. The error goes away when I remove the Taco.

    Wasted $10

    Happens to me when I try to “reorder” and they’ve taken something off the menu….

    This happens to me when ordering something that’s not currently available. I literally have to go through the order trying different item combinations in my $5.99 cravings box. Most of the time it’s the CFP not available.
