Are these prices normal? Can’t justify $9 for a CGC

You look to be at an airport or train station?

  2. librasaurusrex

How is a CGC $3 more than a chicken chalupa? They are the same price at my TB and it’s insane to think there are people who will actually pay that much for one?

  3. brenspin

Most of those prices are what I would expect in the year 2050. Surprised they showed a bit of restraint on the Crunchwrap and Mexican Pizza prices! Yet only $1.39 for a Chicken Chipotle Melt??

  4. Prophesyy

Every time I see posts like this, it’s just another bullet point added to my list for why living in Cali has no benefits lol.

  5. online exclusive box combo for 6.50 is the only thing you’ll catch me buying at Taco Bell 🙏🏻

  6. How is a burrito supreme $7.89? You can get an actual burrito from a taco truck or mexican restaurant for a few dollars more.

No, no. You don’t read some peoples posts in here. Taco Bell isn’t expensive and we are the crazy ones when we claim it.

  8. Dosborne7979

Holy shit! That’s just for the taco?

  9. No_Appointment6211

Nah absolutely not. I’m in LA and the most expensive CGC i come across is like $5.

  10. Clamgravy

KFC/TBell tend to do whatever they want. CHAOS

  11. cheesy gordita crunch is $4.49 in Indiana 🥲

  12. MasterMassClass

$3 bucks for a regular hard taco is legit theft.

  13. ashley-3792

10 dollars for a nachos bell grande 🤣

  14. iam_ditto

Your TB has a wider selection than mine and the prices are still lower, however your restaurant is moving in the direction of new TB ways with high prices and very limited options

How is it that a quesadilla that literally is the easiest thing to make, is 9 dollars, two tortillas, chicken, cheese and sauce. While a more complex Mexican pizza, which has special tortillas, specific sauce and just more ingredients is 4.99. It makes no sense.

  16. JayD0za21

Does anyone know why the prices are inflated when a Taco Bell has a KFC in it?

  17. ripped_andsweet

i thought these were Canadian prices😭

  18. FiorinasFury

Those combination KFC/Taco Bells are the worst. I don’t know if they’re specifically franchised or what, but the ones around me operate on separate hours from standalone TBs, they don’t support app purchases, and they have wildly inflated prices. I avoid them every time.

  19. tastemyskittles

In my area if I order online with a build-your-own box, I can get a CGC, burrito/taco, a side, and a drink for $5.99

  20. Shronkydonk

They chose random prices for sure. You can’t tell me a chicken quesadilla is almost twice as much as a pizza. And almost $10 for a Bell grande. Insane. Looks like franchise pricing at its finest.

  21. Mcshiggs

Almost three bucks for a dozen chemical chips and a couple ounces of what I am guessing is liquid gold?

  22. snakesssssss22

A cheese quesadilla is over $7.
    What the FUCK

  23. Background-Pin-473

I used to live there. I would definitely choose a taqueria any day over Taco Bell. Mission burrito 🌯 absolutely delicious 😋 Try Taqueria La Cumbre 12$ for a gigantic authentic burrito 🌯

  24. Sparkster227

These are some strange prices. Crunchwrap is the exact same price as my location, and that Mexican Pizza is actually $0.50 cheaper than mine

But my CGC is $4.89, Burrito Supreme is $5.19 and Nachos BellGrande is $6.59. 50-75% more for those items.

  25. Spellglaive

Ive noticed that the KFC/Taco Bell combos are a lot more expensive. The one near me isn’t even listed on the app.

    It’s gotta be franchisee greed.

  26. iowabeans

what about the $10 nachos? its old fried tortilla, plastic cheese and beef flavored soy

  27. at my taco bell the CGC is a little less lol, and my prices are bad but holy fuck $9 for that?? tf

  28. SAS_Britain

God Taco Bell prices are such ridiculous bullshit. This low quality shit is almost as expensive or more expensive than some most sit down dine in restaurants with higher quality and better food. And it’s not just localized, it’s across the whole damn county. I used to eat TB so much, but now I just rarely and I mean rarely go at all now. I can’t justify the cost anymore

  29. Tin_Dalek

I would start laughing and just walk out.

  30. Liverpool510

Is this Taco Bell located at the top of Mt Kilimanjaro or something?

  31. Crystalb2005

maybe it’s the price for a combo that’s the only explanation I’ll accept 😭 also is this a Taco Bell and kfc together?

  32. RchUncleSkeleton

Only way they can afford to run a business in SF is to charge 2-3 times the normal price for things. You can thank all the people that drove rent up so that a 1br apt is $4000 a month and have to deal with a massive homeless epidemic, but hey the rich people in their high towers don’t care one bit.

  33. Sjcolian27

Stop buying tbell. These prices will only stop when we stop buying. I was able to buy authentic Mexican in my town with 2x the food for the same price as a mediocre taco bell order.

  34. Felsig27

Man, you remember when a chili cheese burrito was .79? The whole point of going to Taco Bell when I was a teen was you had no money, but you could eat there for $3.

  35. alienduck2

This is an airport right? The only thing that’s similarly cost to my store is the pizza.

  36. They’re just testing to see how much people are willing to pay for this low quality garbage. There is no shortage of supplies, or anything of the sort. It’s literally all greed.

  37. thefriendlyghost777

That’s why I eat from the value menu. You gotta try the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. There only 2 bucks each and it’s one of my favorites from the entire menu.

Economy is disgraceful, people ought to be ashamed
