I love guacamole and I make a 20-avocado version for every family gathering because my secret ingredient is lemon zest & melted butter (to make it more creamy).
I am guessing it comes pre-mixed in a bag? I guess it could be okay as long as the freshness is good.
Anyone here tried it? Do you recommend? Or is it a hard pass?

It’s paste
It’s frozen and comes in a plastic bag that we squeeze it out of and honestly is not that good it’s edible but I wouldn’t waste money on it
I’m laughing at even the mention of “upscale restaurant.” That said, the guacamole used to be inedible and more recently they changed the recipe. It’s fine by fast food standards. But like with most taco bell fillings, it isn’t going to have much texture.
To me, it has that same weird chemically aftertaste as most of the brands of guac they sell at the grocery store.
