I love me some caldo but I recently had an epiphany. What’s up with not cutting the veggies smaller? Everywhere I get it, it’s like “here is a half potato, enjoy it because that’s all the potato you get”. Or carrot or chiote or whatever. Why don’t they dice them I wonder.
