Very nice and next year I bet you triple your yield ☺️You can dry half of these and grind them up and place them in a shaker to sprinkle on pizza and other goodies. The other half I would store in a ziplock in the fridge. Those fresh ones come in handy for slicing and dicing into Ramen noodles. Or an omelette. You can even go old school and do like us Latinos. Take one and place on your grill and get it toasty. Then bite into it while having dinner. We call them Chiles toreados🔥👍🏽

Keep the seeds from the fully ripe red ones and grow those again next year.
You can use the ripe ones in a food processor or blender to make a mash for your very own hot sauce. Or dehydrate them and grind the dried peppers into powder and flakes with a coffee grinder.
Green peppers, I guess you could make a spicy relish for hot dogs or something?
