    Are you using any other promos? Taco pass, fire reward maybe?

    Is your subtotal below $20, then with tax makes it $20.36? Because if so, I’m pretty sure your subtotal has to be $20+ for the promo to work.

    What’s the full order? Is the sub total including delivery charges?

    It would let me use it earlier today because I customized an item. Well that’s my best guess. It says that in the fine print. Also some TB’s may not participate in said promotion

    The taxes and delivery fees do not count towards the promo, you have to order 20 bucks worth of food

    Is part of that total tax? Usually tax can not be part of the free promo total. Has to be the $20 then add tax

    That is the same symbol I have received the last two times I tried to complete any online order from the Taco Bell closest to me. As soon as I changed to a different Taco Bell location the order would process correctly.

    make sure that you have delivery selected instead of pickup on the home screen. this happened to me once and that was the issue

    That power bowl looks good. I’d probably go to order it and get 5 of something different because the workers have an IQ of 2. Then out of sauce.then workers last a week.
