Chili Recipe
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 Onion
1 Jalapeno
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp TexMex
2 tsp Tomato Bouillon
1 1/2 tsp Original seasoning Salt
2 cups Enchilada Sauce
2 cups Tomato Juice
1 Litre Cooked Beans
Instructions;
Chop onion and pepper.
In a big pot add in oil and chopped veggies
and sautee for 3 minutes, add in the ground beef along with all the seasonings and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add in juice, sauce and beans and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with bread.
