Make this super easy restaurant style honey chilli potat at home

To make at home, first of all we make crispy potato fries

3 large potatoes

2 tablespoons corn flour

1tbs Rice flour

In a large bowl place potatoes rice flour and corn flour toss to coat then Heat oil in a deep pan gently add potatoes to the hot oil

Fry potato in batches for 3 minutes

Remove the fries from the oil

Then cool all the fries for 30 minutes

Refry until they are golden in colour and wonderfully crispy

To make Sauce recipe

2tbs oil

1 small onion

1 small capsicum

4 to 5 garlic cloves

fresh green chillies

Fresh red chilli

soy sauce

Red chilli sauce

Ketchup

Heat 1 tbs oil in a kadai add finely chopped garlic stir fry on medium heat for 5 to 6 seconds

stir fry for 5 to 6 secon

chopped onions and finely chopped capsicum.

Stir fry till the onions turn translucent.

Add sauces add ¼ cup water. Stir and mix.

Let the sauce mixture come to a boil.

Now add the corn flour slurry Stir and mix and let the sauce thicken

Then add fried potato spring onion greens and mix lastly add sesame seed

Serve honey chilli potato hot
