Wanted to surprise my girlfriend at work today with Taco Bell breakfast, placed an order at a location and pulled up and got to the window. Guy said they aren’t serving breakfast today, second time this has happened to me in the last two months, it’s beyond frustrating and now I have to follow up with Taco Bell to get a refund because the store claimed they fulfilled my order (maybe that’s standard protocol).

I stopped attempting to get breakfast at my local Taco Bell’s because they always have an excuse. I’ve never been able to even try their breakfast lol

I ran into the same crap with Jack in the box yesterday. I think it’s a way for them to hopefully steal your money as they hope not everyone will go through the hassle online to ask for a refund. I had a shake on my order and I got there to pick up and they said they have no shakes and gave me a soda instead. So they technically owe me $2.19 bc that was the upgrade amount on the combo for a shake. They shouldn’t let you order shit they don’t have. I gave them a crap survey about their app letting you order things that aren’t available
my TB isnt even open for breakfast. When I lived up north there was a TB across the street from my office and i was able to get breakfast daily.
Good luck getting a refund through the app haha. Last time it took them about 2 months and all they did was give me a coupon for less than I spent. Theft.

Never had a problem as long as it’s before 1030 am. After that the app won’t even let me.
When they offered the free breakfast Crunchwrap my local place wouldn’t honor it. Was pretty lame

The only support that responds is their email team, and they will direct you to twitter and the ‘contact form’ on the app.

At my store, we only make breakfast for mobile orders if we haven’t taken the breakfast stuff off the line yet.
That happened to me once like 4 years ago. That was enough for me to learn never to order breakfast on the app.
Local McDonald’s still owes me like 15 bucks. They were closed but it let me put my order in anyways. Lmao.
Kinda ridiculous they keep doing this shit while simultaneously paying Pete Davidson millions to try and grow their breakfast sales.

It’s definitely not, at least where I work (BK) if someone got charged for breakfast when we weren’t actually serving it anymore I can guarantee we’d just give them some sort of equivalent from the rest of the menu

At my location the managers and corporate have just stopped doing breakfast altogether because we’re so short staffed and we aren’t even opening until 10am. Nothing I can do about it but I feel bad having to turn customers away before we open.

I’ve had T Bell breakfast twice since launch. Most times I go its either they are short staffed and not ready with prep or out of eggs/sausage etc. I just don’t even try anymore.
The only issue I have with breakfast at my location is the iced coffee. I’ve ordered it three separate times over three months and every time they say the machine is broken

Luckily none of our Taco Bell’s have problems with breakfast. Only once when I got there 15 min before end of breakfast and tried to order at the counter and they said they had just run out of eggs. I’ve had to order at the counter a few times because the app has said it’s not breakfast time and wouldn’t let Ken heck out even when it was 90-120 minutes before the end of breakfast but that was just a bad data glitch or time zone glitch or something in the app.
1-800-822-6235 call and complain not to mention get a refund.

Taco Bell Breakfast is a real miss, I’ve known most Taco Bells to serve it until 11AM, but they don’t actually open until like 9AM anyways(despite claiming otherwise), well after most people breakfast runs.
Not being able to order breakfast, being able to order breakfast when it’s not available, or getting your account hacked so someone else gets your breakfast.

My breakfast is my favorite part of Taco Bell but I’ve stop going cause they’re extremely inconsistent of serving it or having excuses or not being open at times when they should be for breakfast.

The app has allowed me to order at a store 60 miles from me multiple times. No warning. I drive for a living.
Every other app tends to warn or offer closer places.
Taco Bell app is shit. You can’t even request to cancel 3 seconds later.

Good luck getting a refund haha. They gave me a complete wrong order and refused to refund it. The gave me a coupon about 2 months later since I kept bugging them. The coupon was for less money than I spent. It’s theft.
