Ingredients:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chili – 4 slits
Capsicum – half sliced
Salt – ¼ tsp
Noodle – 1 pack
Water – ½ half cup
Cheese – 1 cube
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp (Optional)
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Procedure:
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of butter. One it is hot add garlic, ginger and sauté 1 min.
Add sliced green chili and capsicum and sauté 2 mins on medium flame. Add a pinch of salt.
Once it is half cooked add 1 packet noodles with ½ cup water.
Bring the water to boil and add 1 cube cheese. Mix well.
Let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
Once it is cooked add pepper and coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot.
