We’re getting closer and closer to being finished with bottles and jars!!


I still have 2 more sauces fermenting at the moment. A blistered shishito/Thai chili, and a habanero/pineapple! Those will be blended and bottled by Thursday of next week! In the mean time. Here’s what we got!
