It kinda puts the responsibility on your email account and the security in place but it’s better than someone stealing your tacos.

My account was hacked into at like 12:45am Thursday morning. They spent $34.60 of my gift card on my account and one of my rewards. Taco Bell said they couldn’t refund me because they’re not responsible for the actions of others. Then coincidentally this email comes out 4 days later? They clearly had a data breach and are just taking no responsibility.

It’s been happening so often. There’s a kid who’s done it multiple times and each time he uses another persons Taco Bell account- they end up calling in and saying their account was hacked and we refuse to serve him.. how embarrassing
