I went to taco bell drive thru they were slow 1 customer inside 2 cars in drive. Was told upfront of a 10 minute wait cool. Driver was fine with it. We waited 20+ minutes they handed me someone else’s order first all i ordered was the 10.99 fry box got so much free food its a quesadilla and i think a bunch of free tacos soft i’ll update when i eat!

I put a pretty big order in once. Went to drive thru. They handed me this huuuge bag, my order was big already so I felt like I didn’t need to be an ass and check it all until I got home. We get home open the bag take out all the food, I swear we had multiple burritos and soft tacos and chips and a couple supreme items, it was like double what we even asked for. It made up for all the times I went there to get some special order and leave there with it messed up.
Also it goes the other way sometimes. Once ordered two tacos and a soda. Gave them my card they handed back the correct receipt but I get my receipts mailed to me from the app as well. Somehow ended up with an order for 44 5 layer burritos someone must have ordered for a job site or event. Good thing I checked because I would have been out over $100 for a couple tacos lmao
