Green Chili Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Pack of chicken wings
Dry seasoning for chicken
2 Tblsp flour
1 Tblsp corn starch

Wing sauce
– 2 Cans Green Chilis
– Juice of one lime
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
– 1/2 cup water

Avocado ranch
1 Avocado
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tblsp sour cream
2 Tblsp Dijon mustard
4Tblsp whipping cream

Wings
– Preheat oven to 425 in the convection setting (if baking) otherwise preheat air fryer.
– Pat chicken dry on all sides
– Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and a little dry mustard. Sprinkle and toss with flour/cornstarch
– Bake or fry for 18-25 minutes or so , checking for crispness

For sauce
– Combine all sauce ingredients in food processor.
– Melt 2 Tblsp butter in sauce pan, add sauce and simmer until thickened. Seasoning if needed
– Toss wings in sauce when they are finished.
– Plate and enjoy with avocado sauce or ranch.

Avocado dip
– Place all ingredients into food processor until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!
