I mean I would say try them because there’s a bunch of people like me who don’t have these items on the menu, especially at such low prices.

This Cantina Chicken menu featuring a new type of slow-roasted chicken has been testing in southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee and Racine that I know of) for about 2 months. Today is the first day these test items have appeared on the app. Previously they were just on the menu boards and kiosks at restaurants.
I’ve tried the Crispy Taco (it’s basically a ‘Grilled Cheese’ taco as it was covered in cheese and grilled like the various ‘Grilled Cheese’ items of recent years) and the Burrito. Have not tried the Soft Taco or the Quesadilla. I liked the items I tried. The Soft Taco and Burrito feature shredded red cabbage and pico de gallo.
The new Cantina Sauce which is shown in a green packet does not actually come in such a packet… it comes in a clear packet and is supposed to be automatically included when you order one of these Cantina Chicken items. It’s a weird and VERY oily sauce. I would expect a lot of customers to not care for it or at least prefer traditional sauces.
Hmm 1 small cantina taco or a $5 box….

I tried one it was pretty average, as well as the sauce. But would love a permanent verde sauce either way.

The quesadilla was pretty good but the Cantina Sauce SLAPS.
