Wanted to try the grilled cheese fries but they were out. Manager asked if I wanted to sub the fiesta potatoes and I was like um YES. So glad. The employee who made it said she couldn’t flip it over but it didn’t matter. The grilled cheese was on the bottom but it was dang tasty!

Reminds me of the one of the last times I got a Power Menu Bowl. They were out of rice so they just used potatoes and informed me when I got the order. They made it extra well to make up for the lack of rice. It was pretty good. These look good too. Basically like the “loaded” Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes customizations people were all about for a few weeks.
