Tap on the left side of the screen.
Tap on the right side of the screen while holding the left tap.
Quickly release both taps.
The game will shift the platforms quickly, allowing you to get the coin down in a safer way.

I just won it twice for my wife and myself using this method
To get a guaranteed win you have to get the coin to the second to final platform and shift it when it is on the edge of that platform. You can gently move the platform to position the coin at the end if you’re patient
I can win the game every time on practice but can’t figure out how to get a free coin. I request the email and think I’m following the directions but I’m confused as shit.
