An awesome topic for me! I don't like extra spice and over-spiced anything. I am more fresh spice and make up my recipes or tweak recipes (if I prefer using olive oil or coconut oil in my homemade brownies). So much is absolutely "KEY" in cooking from ingredients, to pans, and elevation…so much matters and spices I get hung up on every time!🤔😬😜😂
Can you cook without the spicy food? A lot of people have acid reflex what would be a good food

Seeds aren’t the heat source. It’s the spongy part of the pepper that has capsaicin oils that’s the heat source. Wash off the seeds, eat them, no heat!!!
