
I sometimes make multiple orders in quick secession but then I can’t input all the receipts because I get this screen. Does anyone know what the time frame between orders should be? It happens if I make more than 2 orders back to back at the kiosk.

I don’t know the limit but you could test it to find out.
My guess is this feature is in place so people don’t just sit in the dining room and trash pick receipts to scan them for points.
Why not just use the app?

My app has been like this since Friday I still couldn’t scan one this AM
In my personal experience, 3 at a time but the timer isn’t 24 hours. Usually the next day I can do 1.
They are good for 5 days however.
I’ve been getting this too and even 3days later it won’t let me scan it- I thought it was because I did kiosk check out and opted for not putting my email in then paid at counter -normally this gets me a receipt I can scan but I thought maybe a new rule was -you use kiosk and opt out of email they nullify your code -who knows, it’s whacky
First 3 transactions of the day you get point. 4th transaction on, no points.
The limit should not exist
I once made 5 different orders in a row with the app. (They always toss together my families crave boxes, I wanted to keep them sorted). The app only gave me points for the first 3 orders. I thought it was arbitrary and unfair. If I made it all one order, I would have gotten all the points I should have.
You get a receipt at the kiosk?
