I know this might be old news and it is in participating locations currently. I found out today and at 5 dollars it’s seriously the best deal on menu currently at my location. Everyone around me didn’t even know about it cause it wasn’t heavily advertised. I wanted to give it a shout-out as well for anyone who doesn’t know this is currently at Taco Bell. Get it while it lasts. I’m sure it will disappear sooner than later.

I got the chalupa today with black beans. It was delicious. First time I tried it like that.
it’s pretty much my go to for a long time. (since the days of the original 5 dollar boxes)

My $5 one never went away. I can’t stand the cinnamon twists, so I switch them for chips & nacho sauce- same price.
EDIT: As of today (next day), it’s 55 cents to switch. I guess my good times are over.

You can go back and look at old comments where I dunked on some of these value products. I’m more of a steak grilled cheese burrito or cheesy Gordita crunch etc kind of guy. But I’ve honestly now bought the cravings box two days in a row and it’s effing insane. I take back my opinion on the burrito especially, it’s all so amazing. AND IT COMES WITH A DRINK? LIKE HOW?
I still would rather get the other my cravings box. I’ll take a crunch wrap over a chalupa, and potatoes over cinnamon twists. Even though I know I’m getting one item less.
