They wouldn’t let me claim my free coin today even after going through the new login process and following the link for it. Just said I couldn’t get one. Had no issues on previous days

I’m having the same problem.
If you get a message like this close the app and reopen it. Should resolve things. I got this message today as well. Went to the bathroom then tried again and it worked fine
Same thing happened to me, and now it looks like my coin is gone.
