INGREDIENTS:
• 1 medium cabbage
• 600 g of ground beef
• 50 g of rice
• 1 chopped onion
• Green smell to taste
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 drizzle of olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce
• 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
• Green smell to taste
• 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• Water

  1. What a silly thing to do and the final result does not look appetizing at all …..

  2. I would have chopped up the remaining cabbage and added it to the meat mixture. I wouldn't have bothered making separate little meatballs, just fill the cabbage with the meat, rice and sauce. Then just cut into it like a cake after it cooled. Actually I might have used 2 cabbages.

  3. No way! the mince balls break. Do it the European way as “cabbage rolls” individual rolls to serve that hold well in the plate.
