Anna loves to experiment in the kitchen and add a personal touch to her cooking. She is fond of making her own flavoured salts. This time, she has made both a herb and lemon salt and a chili salt for a spicy touch. “It is quite easy to make your own herb and chili salts, and you can add exactly the flavours you prefer,” Anna says. The finished salts can be stored in glasses and have a long shelf life. “A glass of homemade flavoured salt is also perfect as a present,” Anna suggests.
