Chili Con Carne

I LOVE making this chili on a rainy day. Not only is it good, but it makes a large amount that can be frozen and eaten later too. You can add veggies to your discretion, but this is the way we eat ours.

Leftovers make great chili dogs. 😉

In the screenshot recipe, I call for 2 quarts of water. It was too much. Just add 1 liter and see where it takes you. You can always add water if its too thick or add a little flour later if it’s too tin.

You can make this with gluten free flour. I do it all the time.
