I used the fresco topping from the taco as well as the side cup of sour cream from my nacho fries to help complete it.

You paid $11 for that? It looks tasty, but you could have gotten a far superior and authentic quesadilla from an actual Mexican restaurant for that price, if not cheaper.
Good you liked it, but I bet if you add the creamy jalapeño sauce to any other quesadilla of that price you’re gonna get something way better. That’s the only thing that really stands about it.
Buy a regular taco fresco style next time. You took the sour off anyway? Wouldn’t it be same thing cheaper?
