Thanks for posting. I didn't have the patience to learn my mother's recipes when I was younger but now I'm a mother myself and I wish I had. Thankfully, (a) my mother is still alive and lives two minutes away from me and (b) Ms. Fay cooks in a very similar manner. At least I can "rewind" and "fast forward" her! 😀

You don’t want to over cook the garlic , oops by the time the onions are cooked your garlic is , guess what , yes it’s burnt 🥵 It’s worrying to watch a person cook a dish that doesn’t necessarily know what there talking about. 😮😢😅
