Chole/ chickpeas/ kabuli chana-1 cup raw, soaked , boiled with salt
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Water- to coat

Oil- to deep fry

Oil- 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp finely chopped
Onion- half finely chopped
Capsicum-half
Sriracha/chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Salt-half tbsp
Black pepper – half tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
