How long does it usually take to hear back from customer support?


I ordered a little over $43 worth of food via the app today for me and my roommate, and I received a completely different order that was just a combo meal.

I told the customer support in the Taco Bell app and received an email saying they “would be in touch soon.”

Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, how long did it take for them to reach out to you to remedy the situation?
