1 Onion
6 Cloves of Garlic
2 Whole Carrots
1/2 Green or Red Pepper
1 Can of Black or Kidney Beans
1 Can of Corn
1 Can of Diced or Wedged Tomatoes
1 Can of your favorite Tomato Sauce
1 Package of Beyond or Impossible Meat (Gluten Free Meat Substitutes)
Spices: ROUGHLY 1 tsp Cayenne, Cumin, Turmeric, and Red Pepper Flakes
I don’t add salt. A lot of the canned ingredients are already loaded with Sodium.
Optional: Jalapeno Peppers!
