This is my 2nd time to make a homemade chilli oil.
Ingredient :chili,salt,pepper powder,vinegar and oil.
Measurement ?its up to you guysš
Method:saute all the ingredients for about 3 to 4 minutes except vinegar,put it at the last minutes and you’re done.
